This website is filled with comprehensive, clear and researched guidance on the best nutrition, medical, emotional therapy and lifestyle choices to improve and maintain total health. LDN - Low Dose Naltrexone is halting progression in a lot of people with MS, and even improve some symptoms such as fatigue and bladder control. It is well worth checking out!

MS MEANS - This is a wonderful website created by Carloyne Marshall, a woman with MS living in Nova Scotia. Her goal at MS Means is to share and provide information to other people living with MS, to help cope with the daily struggles and to focus on learning to live with, love with, and laugh with MS. The site includes her own tips and story as well as those of her friends. There is a section on MS and Sexuality, as well as many links to MS organizations, personal sites, and alternative and complimentary therapy sites.
